In this video, Beau and Amanda talk about the initial steps of the franchising process.
Amanda suggested bringing in different brands and concepts for a small group of pre-qualified people to hear in speed rounds.
The first step is to talk to Beau about financing and feasibility, followed by completing an assessment and having a conversation about background and goals with Amanda.
Amanda will share franchise categories and provide education on investment ranges, after which she will conduct research and present two to three franchises for deeper exploration.
The due diligence process will then begin.
